I'm Dr Tony Newton, and Bravo Zulu is the hub for my various communications related activities including soft skills coaching in networking, negotiation and presentation.

Why Bravo Zulu?

In the days before we all communicated electronically, the Royal Navy would run the B for Bravo and Z for Zulu flags up the mast as the accepted naval shorthand for saying 'Well Done'.

And while I'm personally more interested in things that fly than things that float, I thought I'd borrow the navy's jargon as it best describes what drives me in my work. Money is nice, but that sincere 'well done' from appreciative client, reader or workshop participant is what makes it all worthwhile.
